    When I decided to become an ADHD advocate, I wanted to show others that they’re not alone. I struggle so often in my daily life, but I’ve realized that there are so many others out there just like me.

  • Weekly talk show

    A discussion about mental health awareness with a different guest each week! We will be there to chat about our experiences and answer all of your questions.

  • Diversity

    Each week, I’ll be joined by new guests from all different walks of life. They chose a subject that’s near and dear to them, and we’ll talk about their experiences and coping methods while living a full life and pursuing their dreams.

  • Giving back

    25% of all proceeds that the show receives go directly to charities and non-profit organisations that support ADHD and mental health awareness.
